  1. Metronome: Auto Start only works with the audible click. Add Auto Start with flash only option..

    Yeah, think what a drummer will need right at the start of a new song: there is just no time to flip to the next song and then also hit the tiny metronome button you can manually place on a page. It needs a large visual metronome which automatically starts. BTW, it should also start if the new page appeared because it was triggered by another iPad.
