I was more hoping this could be a feature in the app, and not require developer tools to do it.
I was able to use IExplorer on Mac OS to mount the iPad to MacOS. I found the keywords.sqlite db file you mentioned. I bought BASE. I was able to export the contents which are already there (currently 5 titles with a little data, but am not having any luck importing a longer list of song specific info about my library. I also tried Datum as well as it was free.
The field names in the database are just named Field 1, 2, 3 etc. There doesn't seem to be a correlation to the field names in DB when accessed from the app itself.
Admittedly, I'm no software developer, so I've now spent about 2 hours playing with this and still don't have any more data in to show for it. If you can make this easier, I do think this would be something a lot of people would find helpful.

I posted that too soon. I was going to add it would be helpful to have the field names already there when you export. You could populate the data in the .csv and import it. I get that it's a DB and there has to be some eidting of that which is possibly too difficult to make UnRealBook do natively.
my thought however is you could include and export and import function of Keywords in the DO menu that would save to dropbox or other supported remote storage, where it could be edited. The import function could then be used to bulk edit this sqlite DB.
In the meantime, maybe you could just provide some more detailed instructions?
