VGA Out Setup

This might help you get VGA working with a Bluetooth pedal.

Update to 1.6.4 which supports plug/unplug with the VGA adapter.

Plug in the VGA adapter to the iPad.
Connect the iPad via VGA. (ipad2, iOS5.0.1)
Launch unrealBook - it asks what resolution - choose 1024X768.
The monitor should display the iPad display.
