Trying to flatten setlist with huge amounts of files may not work

I use Apple routines to flatten files and super large 300+ set lists may not flatten correctly.
The iPad Pro has only 4GB of ram and apparently this can be maxed out.
The same applies to trying to join hundreds of files in a set list to a single PDF.
These commands will work within reason.
